I am an entry-level IT technician with CompTIA A+ coursework and practical experience in hardware and software troubleshooting. I combine strong attention to detail with up-to-date knowledge of internet systems and current technological developments.

I have experience working in retail inventory operations and in team environments, where I demonstrated organization, reliability and the ability to meet operational targets. I am comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Office and Access, and I am actively completing my remaining CompTIA A+ exam to further validate my technical skills.
