My most significant professional experience is with Synarx, a US-based trademark attorney services firm, where I was hired as a Project Manager and earned three promotions in under eight months — progressing to Senior Project Manager and ultimately Appointment Setter and Closer. In my final role I was executing 50+ cold calls daily, setting executive appointments, managing a portfolio of 15+ international client accounts simultaneously, and closing $1,200 service agreements end-to-end with cold prospects. I regularly turned angry or suspicious clients into high-paying accounts through clear, confident communication and strategic upselling. Prior to Synarx, I spent a full year at Mr Leads conducting 100+ outbound calls daily to US-based clientele, maintaining a consistent 10–20% conversion rate in a structured, target-driven environment.

Beyond sales, I have a strong background in digital content and organic marketing. I have managed the full social media and content strategy for an e-commerce fashion brand since 2023, generating 60+ customer orders purely through organic content with zero paid advertising. I also ran an independent blog from 2023 to 2024, writing and self-editing long-form English articles on psychology and lifestyle topics across a full year.

I am currently completing a BSc in Psychology at the University of Portsmouth, where I achieved a Distinction-level overall grade in my first year. I independently designed and submitted an original research project in human and social behaviour as a graded university assignment — going beyond standard coursework requirements. My psychology background directly strengthens my professional work, giving me a structured understanding of how people think, make decisions, and respond to communication.
