I've supported nine ShiftEaze modules serving 1,000+ operators across six terminals, with expansion planned across 8+ sites and 7,000+ operators. I validate scheduling, attendance, leave, and crane allocation workflows against port operations, contributing to zero crane downtime during rollout.
I turn 300,000+ operational data points into Power BI and Excel planning tools, dashboards, and workforce insights. I also lead stakeholder workshops, vendor evaluation, client demos, user training, and CXO presentations for port and fleet-management solutions.
Alongside supply-chain projects, I've built air purification and solar-powered smart irrigation systems, combining mechanical engineering with practical sustainability outcomes. My Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training supports my focus on process improvement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
