I've supported project delivery, ERP implementation, and business operations across Mindlance, Cirrus Labs, T-Systems, Tech Mahindra, and Accenture. My work spans customer coordination, project tracking, financial updates, resource management, governance, and process documentation.
At Mindlance on the Southern Company Gas project, I supported work and asset management processes, Oracle ERP activities, Power BI reporting, work-request and spot-contract validation, and stakeholder follow-ups on project status and costs.
At T-Systems, I drove transition tracking for DHL's SAP order management and technical teams, including SOP validation, training milestones, transition workbooks, and steering committee communications. I also supported Shell order-management operations, KPI reporting, capacity monitoring, risk tracking, and Smartsheet dashboards.
