’m a Project Manager with 8+ years of experience across project delivery, operations and cross-functional coordination.
At BT Group, I lead complex enterprise delivery, including a multi-site network migration across approximately 400 sites and SD-WAN and firewall workstreams across 40+ sites. I turn customer requirements into delivery plans, milestones and governance, while coordinating engineering, operations, commercial teams, vendors and customers around risks, dependencies and handoffs.
Previously, I managed 20+ concurrent projects across 3 APAC countries for a global pharmaceutical client, coordinating across clients, compliance, internal teams and supply chain.
I’ve also worked on process improvement, workflow simplification and operational coordination across earlier roles.
I’m particularly interested in Project Management, Program Management, Operations, Process Improvement and systems that make complex work easier to manage. I enjoy bringing structure to ambiguous problems, working across teams and taking ownership from planning through execution.
