I am a marketer, author, speaker, and mentor with 10+ years leading brand transformation, growth marketing, and creative organizations across legacy brands, startups, and D2C businesses. I combine instinct with insight to turn clarity into measurable creative action and business outcomes.

As CEO of Art-E, I owned full P&L, scaled the agency nationally, led org design and vertical expansion, and delivered 3x team growth and 2x revenue in under two years. Previously I launched and scaled Schbang's Delhi office to profitability and led a ₹100Cr+ national paid media business across FMCG, Auto, Tech, and BFSI.

I co-founded Sociowash to drive early-stage growth, build service lines and teams, and launched a digital academy to create new revenue and capability streams. I focus on building leadership benches, cross-functional teams, and award-winning creative solutions that scale businesses.
