Co-founded an independent import-export venture and is responsible for trade consultation, operational groundwork, vendor identification, and establishing documentation and compliance processes from inception. Applying supply chain, procurement, and international trade expertise to define early-stage operational workflows.

Managed end-to-end export documentation workflows across multiple concurrent shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders, loading facilities, and vendors. Introduced monthly stock reporting for a multi-SKU portfolio, negotiated supplier pricing and delivery terms, and coordinated procurement activity with 4+ internal departments.

Led ISO audit programs as a CQI & IRCA certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1, driving compliance across Quality, ISMS, Environment, and OH&S management systems. Administered the SharePoint DMS and planned/ran 2 internal audits per cycle across two geographic locations, supporting successful external audit outcomes and certification renewals.

Oversaw quality assurance and compliance across 4 PSI processes, processing approximately 1,800–2,000 files per month while meeting BV program mandates and quality standards. Identified process gaps and drove accuracy improvements through targeted coaching, refresher training, and corrective action follow-ups.

Led a team of 15 across multiple processes, managing day-to-day planning, work allocation, productivity monitoring, and performance reporting. Facilitated quarterly refresher training, weekly huddles, and monthly reviews to reduce errors and implement corrective actions, while coordinating with global BV offices and inspection/liaising entities.

Resolved escalation calls and urgent requests from internal and external clients across global BV offices within acceptable response times. Investigated and resolved discrepancies across invoice, packing list, pricing, and shipment documents, facilitating quicker settlement of exporter/importer claims and supporting migration of three operational processes with Lean training.

Performed daily quality checks on PSI files by verifying final documents against inspection results and importer orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely forwarding to internal teams. Identified discrepancies, escalated issues to regional centers and liaising offices, and proposed improvements to daily routines and functions.

Prepared price quotations for export and local orders using ERP and managed pre- and post-shipment export documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, COO, and BRC). Coordinated with banks, CHAs, and transporters, maintained a master export register in MS Excel, and supported digital transformation of DEPB, FMS, and FPS scheme applications.

Managed export order processing and negotiated freight rates with shipping lines for LCL/FCL shipments. Prepared export invoices and packing lists, tracked client payment status, coordinated logistics for container stuffing and movement, and liaised with ECGC for overseas buyer verification.

Supported a UK-based telecommunications process (O2) as part of the J2D Migrations team, responsible for work allocation, quality checks, and meeting customer expectations within timelines. Interacted with UK-based clients to resolve queries, maintained performance/quality reports, and trained new recruits while covering leadership duties in the absence of the Team Leader/Coordinator.
