I am a senior logistics and international business professional with over 15 years of experience in export & import, supply chain management, customs regulations, trade finance and export incentives. I hold an MBA in International Business and have led cross-functional teams across major manufacturing companies in India.

Currently I head export logistics for a leading van manufacturer, overseeing shipment planning, freight negotiations, container bookings, documentation, and export incentive management. I have driven cost reductions through rigorous carrier negotiations and process improvements, and executed market-entry shipments to new countries.

Previously I managed logistics divisions at major automotive and industrial firms, building vendor relationships, introducing forwarders and carriers to secure better rates, and implementing tracking systems to clear stuck containers. I have a proven record of operational improvements including reducing documentary discrepancies and cutting paper/courier usage.
