At ShreemEx Hub LLP, I own international trade operations, from supplier verification and sample validation to export execution across product categories. I manage 18–20 vendor accounts monthly and created a standardized verification and documentation system for sourcing engagements.

I led sourcing and quality validation for a mustard oil export order to the US, comparing product specifications against five supplier samples through hands-on testing. I also led a bakery client’s product-development and export-readiness work, including cookie reformulation, shelf-life R&D, and scale-up plans.

At Enquad Private Limited, I took over India operations with a 3,000-ticket IT backlog and restructured ticketing and escalations, reducing the backlog to under 100 within a month. I also expanded my responsibilities across email support and exam-planning back-office operations.

At Vodafone Idea Limited, I progressed from customer service and correspondence management to leading activation, provisioning, and documentation operations across Maharashtra and Goa. I led a 45–50 member team and drove work on compliance, reconciliation, fraud control, vendor operations, and systems migration.
