I’m a dedicated customer service and administrative professional with experience handling high-volume calls, supporting customers efficiently, and maintaining precise records. I’ve been recognized for strong performance, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

In my current role as a Green Team Specialist / Customer Service Representative, I upload, organize, and manage documents and files in company systems, tag and update lead files for tracking, and maintain records through Microsoft Teams and internal databases. Previously, I served as a Customer Service Representative by answering account-related questions, documenting customer interactions, and updating account information accurately while meeting company standards.
