As Head of Product at Jobful, I lead product strategy and execution, aligning cross-functional teams and managing the product roadmap. I focus on user needs, financial planning, and team growth, ensuring our product decisions are purposeful and sustainable.

In my role at Jobs for Ukraine, I led Project Voyager, focusing on product development and organizational strategy. I researched user needs, prioritized feedback, and collaborated across functions to enhance product offerings and drive positive change for beneficiaries.

After a decade of professional work, I took a sabbatical to travel and volunteer, aiming to refresh my personal and professional outlook for future endeavors.

As Head of Product at Jobful, I was integral to the leadership team, shaping product strategy during the Covid pandemic. Responsibilities included market research, product backlog management, user experience oversight, and successful product launches. I collaborated with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies and was responsible for financial forecasting.

As a Product Engagement Manager at UiPath, I ensured customer satisfaction and drove the adoption of the Community Platforms. My responsibilities included developing engagement strategies, collaborating with teams, analyzing user data, and managing community resources. I focused on user engagement and adoption through various tools and insights.

As the Global Community Program Development Lead, I shaped the community engagement strategy through programs like hackathons and meetups. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that built a vibrant community of developers around UiPath's products.

In the Educational Programs department, I developed strategies for the UiPath Academic Alliance Programs. My role focused on building and driving internal and external educational initiatives to enhance learning and engagement.

As a Community Manager at the Startup Incubator, I was responsible for building and coordinating the Business Incubator, attracting financing for startups, organizing workshops and events, and mentoring entrepreneurs. I developed the overall curriculum and online communication strategy to enhance visibility and support for young entrepreneurs.

The Hive was my first entrepreneurial experience.
As a solution, we rented and rehabilitated a house in the Bucharest city centre which hosted more than 30 persons. We successfully accessed a non-refundable European grant of 25k and another 5k by winning a pitch competition.
After almost three years, we sold the business. The Hive is now Vine 21 and is still growing.
