What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-first product leadership role, with relocation possible depending on the offer, where I can lead 0-to-1 execution, monetization, and AI-native product development in a fast-paced environment.

At Business Booster, I took over an unstable B2B SaaS product under a monetize-or-shut-down mandate, rebuilt its product system, and drove approximately 20x ARR growth to more than 200 paying B2B companies.

I ship AI-native products hands-on, including an AI customer-support system reaching 85% autonomous resolution and an AI-assisted development pipeline that delivered 4x task throughput while reducing the core engineering team from five to two. I’ve also launched production Project Management, OKR, LMS, and reporting modules, and led an AWS-to-Azure migration that secured more than $50K annually in startup grants.

Earlier, I owned P&L and coordinated 65+ people across Rosneft loyalty products serving 20M+ users, secured $1M budget approval, and helped grow active loyalty members by 15% per month.
