My role required me to manage inquiries through various channels, ensuring that taxpayers received accurate and timely assistance. Additionally, my experience as an Assistant Pension Scheme Administrator at United Pension Trustees allowed me to develop my analytical skills while supporting operational functions and delivering exceptional service to customers.
