My career started in healthcare, where I worked with clients, training, and technical support for laboratories and hospitals. Later, I moved into technology as a Product Specialist at Jasper AI, where I manage customer requests, billing questions, and technical troubleshooting in a fully remote environment. I collaborate with sales, finance, and engineering teams and use tools like Zendesk, Slack, Stripe, and Retool every day.
I am now studying computer science, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs). My interest is in combining my client-facing and problem-solving experience with technology to support projects, improve processes, and bring innovation. I am motivated to keep learning, to grow in product and AI fields, and to work with companies that value curiosity, teamwork, and new ideas.
