What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support accurate order processing, claims administration, data management, and customer service while using my investigation and recordkeeping skills.

I currently support customers at Concentrix by submitting and processing insurance claims, managing orders, and resolving customer queries.

I capture and update customer data, maintain accurate records, and investigate fraudulent or missing orders to support reliable provisioning operations.

Previously, I supported administrative coordination and recordkeeping as a Teacher Assistant with the Department of Education, and handled customer queries and data updates as a Customer Service Agent at CCI.

My experience also includes collecting data and maintaining reports as a Beach Steward with WESSA. I bring attention to detail, problem-solving, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office.
