I’m a results-driven “Snr. Manager” with 15+ years of hands-on experience “installing, configuring, and troubleshooting” APM/observability tools across SaaS and managed deployments. I’ve built and improved observability programs spanning APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, DEM/RUM, Log Management, and AIOps across diverse OS environments and enterprise application servers.
My specialty is end-to-end delivery: I “architect and deliver APM CoE implementation projects,” including OneAgent deployment strategies, ActiveGate cluster design, host groups, management zones, and auto-tagging rules. I design Dynatrace DEM/RUM solutions (including session replay and user behaviour analytics), and I use DQL to build dashboards and Notebooks for SLO tracking, anomaly investigation, and executive reporting.
