I’m looking to keep building intelligent monitoring and observability that reduce alert noise and speed incident resolution—while bridging traditional monitoring with modern SRE/DevOps practices through DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-native observability.

I’m a results-driven Senior Monitoring & Observability Engineer with 10+ years of experience designing, administering, and scaling enterprise monitoring platforms in mission-critical healthcare and financial environments. I specialize in BMC TrueSight Operations Management (TSOM) and BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM), with deep expertise in event correlation, alert enrichment, and proactive incident detection.

I’ve led end-to-end platform upgrades (BMC TrueSight from OEL 6.9 to OEL 8.10 and TSOM to v11.3.04), engineered MRL-based event correlation for noise reduction and automated remediation, and delivered Ansible automation to streamline monitoring configuration management. I also integrate Apache Kafka for real-time event streaming, connect monitoring with ITSM (Remedy) and Vertica for reporting workflows, and provide L2/L3 incident resolution with RCA to maintain high availability SLAs.
