I'm looking to build and demonstrate observability, AIOps, and AI-driven solutions that improve IT operations and customer outcomes.

At New Relic, I manage a $2.1M ARR enterprise portfolio, lead discovery, custom demos, POCs, and POVs, and shape India-focused go-to-market strategies for product and pricing.

I've built AIOps and full-stack observability solutions across AppDynamics, ServiceNow, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, and Kubernetes. My work has improved system efficiency by 15–35% and reduced MTTR by 20–55% through monitoring agents, dashboards, and alerting.

I also develop LLM observability collateral and demos, implement Agentic AI use cases, and deploy ML pipelines and infrastructure for enterprise customers.
