I’m an IT Senior Consultant and Observability and Performance Solution Architect focused on Multi-Tier monitoring, Full Stack Observability, Cloud optimization, Infrastructure Operations, and Automation. At CVS(DEXIAN) i implemented enterprise monitoring, observability, application performance, and event management.Used loadrunner tool for load testing.

At IBM (Mar 2022–Mar 2024), I implemented monitoring using agents, configurations, and dashboards, and I designed load, stress, and endurance tests. I identified performance and availability issues, leading to a 15% increase in system efficiency, and I escalated critical cases through vendor support channels to protect seamless operations.

Before that, at Wipro (Oct 2014–Mar 2022), I worked as a Consultant and managed reliability and performance initiatives end-to-end—using Open Telemetry, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch. I led incident response efforts, reduced MTTR by 25% by proactively improving monitoring (Prometheus/Loki), supported 24/7 operations with 99.99% uptime SLA, and helped teams adopt scalable cloud patterns including Kubernetes.
