I am seeking a role that allows me to utilize my customer service experience while contributing to meaningful operations efforts.

I am a recent graduate from the University of Aberdeen with a degree in Scots Law and English Law, where I honed my skills in Administrative, Human Rights, and Company Law. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in legal principles, complemented by practical experience in customer service and advocacy.

Currently, I work as a Customer Service Advisor at the Bank of Scotland, where I lead high-value client engagements and resolve complex transactions while adhering to AML and KYC protocols. My role involves enhancing customer experiences and managing data across CRM systems to support operational resilience. Additionally, I have volunteered with Peace Brigades International UK, where I contributed to policy-aligned research and managed external communications for a global NGO.
