I'm interested in operations, compliance, talent acquisition, client onboarding, or business support roles. I bring experience supporting real estate teams with regulated onboarding, recruitment, documentation, and cross-functional coordination, including remote and hybrid work.

At LIONLEAD Real Estate, I led agent recruitment from sourcing and interviews through selection and onboarding. I planned and delivered a career day where I vetted more than 140 candidates and onboarded 15 agents.
