I supported training and development programmes at Life and Brand Portfolio, managing LMS administration, training records, SETA and Indicium submissions, payroll training hours, and compliance reporting.

At Lewis Group, I coordinated learning programmes across business units, produced Cognos reports on completion rates and training spend, and compiled weekly No Training Reports and the Annual Training Report. I also supported onboarding, induction, learner documentation, and assessment-centre logistics.

At Truworths Head Office, I supported HR Development administration and recruitment coordination for learnership, bursary, and graduate programmes. I maintained accurate learner records, verified W&RSETA documentation, and collaborated with internal teams on reporting.

I'm now looking to build on my HR administration, stakeholder coordination, and record-management experience in an HR Administration role while progressing into recruitment.
