I am an experienced and innovative recruitment and human resources professional with a strong background in onboarding, system administration, and relationship management. Currently, I am seeking a full-time position where I can apply my skills and make a meaningful impact.
In my role as an Onboarding Specialist at Remote, I am responsible for the onboarding of new employees from a documentation and compliance perspective. I work cross-functionally with other key operational teams to ensure a smooth client and employee experience. I continuously identify and implement ways to improve the onboarding process and manage employee data to ensure information is current and secure. Additionally, I support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.
Previously, as a Human Resources Business Partner at SNG Grant Thornton, I was involved in payroll administration, recruitment coordination, and the implementation of rewards and remuneration strategies. I also have experience as a Human Resources Administrator at Deloitte and Touche, where I provided guidance and support in the consistent application of policies and procedures. I maintained data records, managed payroll, and assisted with trainee onboarding and exits.
