What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue leading high-volume recruiting programs where I can build strong candidate pipelines, partner closely with hiring managers and clients, and improve processes that support hiring goals.

At PeopleScout, I manage full-cycle recruiting for Sysco Foods USBL and Guest Worldwide, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to meet daily hiring targets.

I've supported staffing, transportation, and light-industrial recruiting for more than 10 years, including CDL-A driver and warehouse programs. I serve as a primary client contact, build sourcing channels, maintain accurate candidate tracking, and identify process improvements that strengthen client retention and satisfaction.

Previously, I recruited at Randstad, led onsite staffing operations at Consolidated Staffing, and supported hiring, payroll, benefits, and orientations at Seldat.
