I seek a customer-focused role where I can apply sales, merchant services, and lending expertise to help businesses grow while working in a collaborative, service-driven culture.

I am a driven hospitality and sales professional with over two decades of hands-on experience in customer service, merchant services, and small-business lending. I began in hotel operations providing rapid, empathetic service across departments and progressed into sales and management roles serving merchants with payment solutions and working capital.

As a sales manager and later CEO-level supervisor, I designed and executed strategies to meet daily sales goals, led agents, and implemented merchant programs including credit card terminals and small-business loan packages. I consistently focused on active listening, problem solving, and clear communication to satisfy client needs and grow revenue.

More recently I have worked as an interpreter and independent small-business loan broker, leveraging strong communication, attention to detail, and collaboration skills to serve merchants seeking financing and payments solutions. I bring a customer-first ethos, proven sales experience, and a practical understanding of merchant services.
