What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly customer support role where I can own high-volume queues, improve ticket quality with CRM discipline, and use AI tools to streamline communication—while maintaining strong SLA performance and CSAT.

I’m a customer support professional with 2 years of BPO experience at Teleperformance, focused on high-volume inbound support through phone, chat, and email. I resolve issues across orders, accounts, billing, and escalations while staying aligned with SLA targets and CSAT expectations.
