Partnered with the Vice President, Director of Operations, and CFO to manage calendars, travel, meeting logistics, priorities, and executive follow-through. Coordinated 5+ high-stakes projects across four divisions and 400 team members, and administered $50K+ in monthly expenses and licensing logistics for 37 active job sites across 42 states.

Supported two concurrent client engagements and consolidated approximately 80 hours of weekly administrative demand into a disciplined 40-hour operating cadence through prioritization and workflow design. Coordinated executive calendars, projects, internal communications, correspondence, expenses, and virtual meetings across distributed teams.

Designed and launched affiliate and influencer programs end to end, using performance data and ROI analysis to grow the network from 0 to 575 participants in one year. Led presentation development and content operations, producing 4+ corporate blog posts per month and 100 Pinterest pins per week.
