I’m a dedicated college student pursuing a long-term nursing career, driven by a passion for helping patients and improving their overall care experience. I bring empathy, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality service in fast-paced environments.

In my Patient Access Representative role, I schedule appointments for new and returning patients and coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient flow. I greet and assist patients at check-in, verifying personal and insurance information accurately, and I handle payments, billing inquiries, and insurance verification and pre-authorization processes.

I also bring leadership and service experience as a Shift Supervisor, where I managed a team of 15 employees by coaching and supporting daily operations. Across both roles, I rely on strong communication, active listening, teamwork, adaptability, and tools like Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Workspace, Salesforce, and MERGE RIS.
