Since 2022, I’ve worked as a Freelance Business Development & Account Manager, serving as the sole client-facing representative for a 3-person agency. I managed the complete sales pipeline—from lead generation and cold outreach to proposal, negotiation, and closing—while independently owning client relationships and project timelines, delivering on schedule and within budget. By building long-term relationships, I became the primary revenue driver through repeat business and referrals.

Before that, I completed five internship rotations in foreign communications, strengthening my cross-cultural awareness and diplomatic communication skills. I drafted and translated official communications between Arabic and English, supported international meeting coordination, and helped manage correspondence archives.
