What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote, worldwide role in customer support or client relations — where I can use my bilingual German/English skills, luxury hospitality background, and remote experience to genuinely take care of people, across any time zone.

For the past 8+ years, I’ve built my career around one simple thing: making people feel genuinely taken care of.

Whether welcoming international guests at a luxury 5-star hotel, guiding insurance clients through complex decisions, or managing customer communication remotely, I’ve always focused on creating experiences that leave people feeling valued and well looked after. And when something does go wrong, I’m the calm one who finds a solution and makes sure everyone still leaves happy.

I’m fluent in German and English, experienced across cultures and time zones, and comfortable working independently via email, phone, and CRM systems.

Currently travelling and working remotely, I’m now looking for a long-term remote role in customer support, client relations, or administrative support — somewhere I can do what I do best, from anywhere in the world.

Since early 2026 I’ve been working fully remote for a travel media company — managing client communication, sales, and partner coordination independently across time zones. It’s sharpened my remote working skills and confirmed that this is exactly how I work best. I’m now ready to take the next step into a full-time remote role where I can bring my full experience to one team, long-term.
