What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote role where I can use bilingual German-English communication, customer support, client relations, and cross-cultural experience to support an international team and its clients.

At Prime Tours Germany, I support bespoke luxury travel for high-net-worth American clients, communicating with US travel agents, German-speaking suppliers, and premium hospitality partners in English and German.

I manage newsletters, HubSpot CRM, social media, supplier research, experience curation, and shifting operational priorities for a globally operating business. As a freelance web developer and communications consultant, I also deliver web projects and written communications for business clients from brief to delivery.

I've built my remote client-support background through Zendesk at Education First and live online teaching at iTutor Group. Raised across Asia and educated at international schools, I bring native German-English communication, cross-cultural awareness, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction.
