I'm currently supporting IPS Mali as an IT Support Technician, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network incidents while installing and maintaining computers and IT equipment.

I support Windows and Linux environments, manage user access through Active Directory, configure network devices, and monitor systems to identify technical issues. I also maintain accurate asset, inventory, intervention, and technical documentation records.

At Sahel University, I provided administrative and technical support, assisted with computer configuration and troubleshooting, and helped users resolve software and network issues.

My earlier experience in sales and business operations strengthened my customer service, communication, negotiation, purchasing, stock-monitoring, and problem-solving skills. I'm interested in a technical, operations, inventory, or support role where I can develop knowledge of specialized printing technologies and services.
