Douae Laoutaya

At Collègeuniversel demontréal, I installed, configured, and updated Windows systems, applications, and workstations. I also maintained computers and peripherals and diagnosed hardware and software issues.

I supported users with first-level HelpDesk assistance, managed accounts and access rights, and documented interventions and incidents. My work also included configuring LAN and Wi-Fi connections and backing up and restoring data.

Previously, I worked as an IT technician at Xceed and as a customer service agent at Winners. I’m looking for an opportunity to apply my technical skills, contribute to a company’s activities, and continue developing in information technology.
