What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT support role where I can handle first-level troubleshooting, assist with network support, document systems clearly, and grow into network administration and cybersecurity within a collaborative team.

I’m an IT graduate with hands-on experience delivering technical support, troubleshooting end-user hardware and software issues, and supporting network configuration through internships at the ICT Authority of Kenya and Nairobi City County.

I focus on fast, practical problem resolution while keeping systems and IT assets well documented. I’ve assisted with network maintenance, system imaging, and user training in on-site municipal environments.

CCNA and CyberOps certified, I’m eager to deepen my skills in enterprise networking and cybersecurity while continuing to strengthen my approach to support, documentation, and reliable IT operations.
