What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure role where I can troubleshoot and maintain reliable systems, support end users, continue building networking expertise, and contribute through structured incident management and documentation.

I've supported nationwide IoT deployments at Sensthings, configuring Ubuntu-based systems across 10+ examination sites and restoring services through remote diagnostics, SSH, AnyDesk, and Docker log analysis.

Before that, I maintained mission-critical communications and IT infrastructure for the Royal Gendarmerie of Morocco, deploying radio systems, antennas, GPS devices, cameras, and vehicle-mounted equipment across operational sites. I also coordinated infrastructure rollouts, managed technical assets, and trained end users to reduce recurring issues.

I'm building on this hands-on foundation through an enterprise IT homelab featuring Windows Server 2022, Active Directory, pfSense, VLANs, Docker, Ubuntu, and remote administration workflows.
