What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support, systems implementation, or business operations role where I can resolve user issues, support deployments, validate data, improve processes, and continue growing my technical skills.

I've supported 200+ users at Khartoum International Airport, resolving 20–30 Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents daily in a high-volume, security-conscious environment.

I install, configure, deploy, and validate Windows workstations, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, scanners, and enterprise software. I also diagnose hardware, software, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues through resolution or escalation.

I translate stakeholder needs into documented workflows, rollout plans, validation tests, production-readiness checks, and post-implementation support. My work includes Active Directory administration, accurate records, KPI dashboards, data validation, and operational reporting.

As a freelance IT Support Technician, I provide remote and on-site support across laptops, applications, mobile devices, printers, and Wi-Fi. I manage requests from intake through resolution, communicate status clearly, and train clients after service.
