I handle hiring, sales outreach, and reporting in parallel. I drove 30–50 daily calls, emails, and WhatsApp touchpoints that supported a 10–15 weekly enrollment pipeline, while using AI tools to draft communications, summarize research, and build reporting templates.

At PlanetSpark, I served as the first point of contact for parents, converted roughly one in three outbound calls into booked trials or demos, and coordinated scheduling and follow-ups end to end.

I'm pursuing an MBA in Transition Management and bring hands-on experience in market analysis, customer segmentation, investment risk tracking, and customer engagement strategy.
