What I'm looking for

I'm seeking entry-level Management Trainee, HR Operations, People & Culture, HR Generalist, or business-focused opportunities where I can contribute through recruitment, stakeholder coordination, analytics, and operational problem-solving.

At Aditya Birla Capital, I supported end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing and HR screening to interview coordination, onboarding, and recruitment MIS reporting.

Previously at Teleperformance on the Adobe process, I resolved high-volume customer queries across calls and chat while meeting quality, productivity, and turnaround-time KPIs. I also contributed through relevant product and service recommendations and Adobe application upselling.

I'm pursuing a PGDM in Human Resource Management and Business Analytics, supported by hands-on work in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, quantitative HR research, and project management. My study abroad experience at the Asian Institute of Technology strengthened my cross-cultural collaboration and perspective on innovation and management.
