I'm looking for an opportunity in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, or HR analytics where I can support accurate processes, employee documentation, reporting, and continued professional growth.

I've supported HR operations at Propgrow, screening 200+ resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR reports in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Previously at Career Launcher, I counselled 150+ students, managed CRM follow-ups, prepared operational reports, and coordinated communication with students and parents. I'm completing an MBA in HR & Operations and bring experience in HR documentation, reporting, and recruitment coordination.
