I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can support recruitment and onboarding, keep HR operations organized, and use MS Excel/Tableau for efficiency—while building a positive team culture and learning from structured processes.

I’m a highly motivated BBA student with a robust background in human resource operations and office administration. I’ve supported talent acquisition through sourcing and screening candidates, coordinated interviews, and managed onboarding logistics while keeping HR records accurate and up to date.

I also strengthen day-to-day operations through scheduling, documentation, inventory control, and report creation, using tools like Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel, and Tableau. From workshops and data analysis to team-building initiatives, I’m committed to fostering positive work environments and aligning operations with organizational values.
