I'm looking for opportunities in HR or operations where I can contribute to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination while continuing to grow through hands-on responsibility.

I've supported student onboarding and international education operations at Leap Scholar, trained new hires at AdmitKard, and improved client communication through cross-functional collaboration in overseas education consulting.

I'm currently pursuing an MBA at BML Munjal University while building HR experience through recruitment, onboarding, background verification, employee engagement, and campus hiring at Fortis Healthcare. As an elected society President and student mentor, I lead events, coordinate member engagement, and help new students integrate into university life.
