I’m a Customer Support Specialist experienced in providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues swiftly and calmly. I communicate clearly and empathetically, building trust and keeping customer satisfaction at the center of every interaction.

In my recent role, I took inbound and outbound calls, email, and messages to resolve customer queries and maximize satisfaction with the platform. I managed a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism, and I trained new customer support staff in essential skills and company standards.

Before that, I worked as an Inbound Call Centre Agent, managing high volumes of inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. I also conducted calls to assess customer satisfaction and offer more convenient alternatives, meeting and exceeding target call handling times through multitasking and problem-solving.

Under pressure, I stay organized and constructive, leveraging support tools and active listening to guide customers to effective solutions. I also bring strong attention to detail from my freelance work, where hygiene standards and client-focused communication were essential.

Currently in Thailand and in the works to relocate in Vietnam, Da Nang.
