What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Service Representative focused on building customer relationships, resolving concerns quickly, and delivering tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and results. I’m motivated by exceeding targets and contributing to team success.
From September 2023 to August 2024, I handled onsite customer support in healthcare billing and retail accounts. I addressed and resolved complaints related to bills and overdue payments, provided accurate product and service information, and supported customers with returns, exchanges, and cash register tasks.
I also owned payment inquiries and billing discrepancy resolution, while meeting or exceeding sales targets through upselling and store promotions. I’m confident in strong communication, active listening, and de-escalation—especially in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
In 2025, I expanded into Medical Records and Billing at Asilo Hospital, assisting patients with their bills and records and resolving issues including missing requirements. I’ve also earned recognition as a Licensure Examination Passer and a Cum Laude college graduate, and I’ve served as a TB Dots Seminar Speaker.
