What I'm looking for
I’m a people-focused HR professional with 3+ years of experience across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement. I’m committed to building fair, motivated, and high-performing teams that thrive through clear processes and strong communication.
In my current role with THRiVE HUB (NGO), I support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding so new team members integrate smoothly. I coordinate training and development activities, drive team engagement initiatives, and liaise between HR and media teams to support programme communications and organisational events.
As an Operations & People Management Associate at JOAT Properties, I assist in HR functions including recruitment support, personnel coordination, and team management across 6 properties. I also coordinate a field team of 4, maintaining performance standards, accountability, and timely task execution, while contributing to strategic HR planning as a trusted partner to the Director.
Previously at J & J Solicitors, I conducted structured performance reviews, designed and delivered training programmes on software tools and administrative procedures, and reviewed and updated administrative policies and operational procedures for compliance and efficiency.
