I’m an energetic, detail-oriented Human Resources Officer with experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and process improvement. I bring a strong focus on candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, and HR data management to improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
In my current role as a Human Resource Assistant with Civil Society Scaling-Up Nutrition in Nigeria (CS-SUNN), Abuja, I support end-to-end recruitment by posting job adverts, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews. I facilitate onboarding sessions, maintain HR records (including leave trackers and volunteer timesheets), and help ensure staff compliance with safeguarding, child protection, and code of conduct guidelines.
