I am seeking an HR role focusing on recruitment, training, employee relations, and administrative leadership in a collaborative, growth-oriented organization.

I am a highly organized Human Resources professional with over four years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and administrative leadership across diverse organizations. I prioritize collaborative leadership to boost productivity and foster staff fulfillment and engagement.

In my current role as Human Resources/Administrative Officer, I advise on policy development, implemented solutions that reduced employee turnover by 30%, and lead training initiatives to improve team performance. I also manage office administration and support basic financial recording to ensure smooth operations.
