At Global Communities, I shape Microsoft 365 strategy and governance for a multi-country workforce. I led the scoping, design and rollout of AI-enabled solutions for consultant engagement and bill-payments management, with information protection and data governance controls.
At Mastercard Foundation, I partnered with business units to modernize processes including onboarding, employee benefits and programme field visit approvals. I also delivered an external partner engagement platform and oversaw integrations between enterprise platforms and Microsoft 365 services.
Earlier, I delivered a management information system for the Cassava Mechanization project and a partner relationship CRM at African Agricultural Technology Foundation. My work also includes information systems for public-sector and non-profit clients at CoreTec Systems & Solutions, and CRM and inventory systems at Population Services Kenya.
