As a Technical Architect for Office 365 / Microsoft 365 at NTT DATA (2020–Present), I drive modern workplace implementations—building solutions across identity, data protection, enterprise content management, SharePoint configuration, hybrid cloud, and Microsoft Teams. I work one-on-one and in workshops, maintain relationships for 40+ clients, and deliver technical proposals, scoping, and adoption roadmaps to realize value quickly.
Before and alongside that role, I’ve deepened my process automation expertise through COE-centered design and customer consultancy using Power apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Nintex, and UIPath. As a co-founder of Brand and Targets (2020–Present), I also create and optimize WordPress websites with Elementor—handling domains/hosting, migration, responsive performance, SEO, and documentation so users can operate confidently.
