What I'm looking for
I’m a tech savvy, native English speaker and Customer Experience Consultant focused on helping customers succeed with real estate transaction software. In my current role, I provide tech support for a real estate transaction platform called dotloop for real estate agents and brokerage administrators across the US and Canada.
I’m hands-on with the tools that keep service moving—SalesForce, Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom. I’m also driven by “Voice of the Customer,” so I work to understand issues clearly, respond accurately, and support a smooth customer experience end-to-end.
Before this, I worked as a Webhelp Customer Care Advisor, delivering English telephonic technical support for customers of an American tech giant in the UK and Ireland. Earlier, I took on both business-facing and legal-adjacent responsibilities as a Sales Consultant & Paralegal, supporting projects related to industrial deafness claims for Australian organizations.
My background also includes residential lettings through a Real Estate Intern role and leadership as a Store Manager for two branches. I’ve complemented my support experience with SheCodes Workshops training in Front End Developer, and I’m now looking for part-time remote opportunities in administrative support, customer service, transcription, or data entry—especially where I can combine clear communication with practical, tech-enabled support.
