At NAGA, I led a production cloud migration from Ireland to London for a 10-person Platform/DevOps team, including a Kubernetes upgrade from v1.25 to v1.34. The migration cut infrastructure costs by 20%.
I also owned implementation of an AI cold-calling agent, evaluating vendors, selecting VAPI, and coordinating testing, call routing, and telephony integrations. I reported delivery status directly to the CTO.
At Pro App Tech / Civitta, I ran Agile delivery for SaaS and custom software projects and translated business needs into epics and user stories. I directed manual QA for health-management and educational web platforms, using AI-assisted tools to speed up test-scenario creation.
On Baylife, my independent project, I built and designed the platform end-to-end as sole product owner, owning its vision, UI/UX, and roadmap. I also handled outreach and sales to hotel owners to secure sign-ups.
